 The project is to build a low rise residential in a residential area slightly away from the central of Funabashi City.

 

In order to realize a client’s vision that built a unique residential by using OT, it started from not only by introducing IOT as equipment but also by thinking about how it should be as an architecture.

 

IOT technology not only enhances the living environment by connecting things to the Internet, but digitally complemented objects tend to be simplified as entities, and the original functions and power of things become primitive.

 

By incorporating such a concept into architecture, we aimed to create the necessary functions concisely as it should be. It offers a simple and smart living space that combine a futuristic image with the warmth of a living space.
