The experimental house project featuring integrated building material solar power has been temporarily set up in front of JR Akihabara Station. Over the course of three months, various data, including power generation efficiency, will be collected and used to aid in the development of future products. Additionally, the house will function as an information center for tourists visiting Akihabara.

The solar power system employs perovskite solar cells, which are thin and lightweight next-generation solar cells used on interior windows. Combined with rooftop solar panels, this system is designed to fully power the internal lighting, air conditioning, and information displays.

The interior design features a turquoise blue color scheme, creating an image of a space charged with electricity, reflecting the theme of "Akihabara, the city of electricity and anime."
